Charouleau Gap Trail is popular for off roading and climbs into the front range of the Catalinas. It is also frequented by mountain bikers and hikers.

Oracle State Park to the north and Catalina State Park to the south both accept the same Arizona State Parks pass and provide miles of trails and beautiful scenery.

Shopping

Saddlebrooke Marketplace, which is only a couple miles away, includes a Shell gas station with a “Minit Market,” Mezzabyte Computers, Bank of the West, and Strandz Salon & Spa. Golder Ranch Fire District Station 373 is also located there.

The nearest grocery store is the Basha’s on Oracle Road, about 7 miles away. This stretch of Oracle also includes a Pima County Public Library branch, a Valero, a Circle K, and numerous restaurants.

Directions

From Interstate 10 – Tucson Airport or Phoenix
From I-10 exit on Tangerine Road (Exit 240) and head east to Oracle Road. Turn left (north) on Oracle Rd. and follow it just under 7 miles to Saddlebrooke Boulevard. Turn right heading east on Saddlebrooke Blvd. for just over 3 miles to the four-way stop sign at S. Ridgeview Boulevard. Turn left, heading north on S. Ridgeview Blvd. for 0.6 miles to N. Via del Oro. Turn left, heading north, on Via del Oro and take an immediate left on E. Calle Rosa Linda. Follow this neighborhood street to the end of the cul-de-sac.

**For the Horseshoe Bend Lots**
After making the left turn at the four-way stop sign on S. Ridgeview Boulevard, follow this for 0.85 miles to S. Wind Crest Drive where you’ll make a left, heading north. Follow Wind Crest for just over 0.1 miles and turn left, heading west onto the dirt road of E. Horseshoe Bend Drive. Continue on Horseshoe Bend, heading up the paved section of uphill road, bending to the right first, and then park on the right side of the road just where Horseshoe Bend turns back to the left.

Use the address 64294 E. Calle Rosa Linda to enter into any GPS navigation unit in order to guide you to the cul-de-sac where these three lots are located (*Please note this house address is a private residence. Do not enter their property).

For the E. Horseshoe Bend Drive lots use the address 36293 S. Aaron Lane which is a vacant property just west of Horseshoe Bend Lots 2 & 3.
